Delivery Timelines

  1. Standard Delivery:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Delivery is made within 3-5 business days for most locations in India.
  2. Express Delivery:
    • Available for select pin codes.
    • Delivery within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  1. Rental Orders:
    • Free shipping is offered for all rental orders above ₹500.
    • A flat rate of ₹50 applies to rental orders below ₹500.
  2. Purchase Orders:
    • Free shipping is available for all purchase orders above ₹1,000.
    • A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged for orders below ₹1,000.

Packaging

  • All orders are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure the safety of the jewellery during transit.
  • Items are delivered with a unique tracking code to monitor shipment status.

Return Shipping

  1. For Rental Jewellery: A prepaid return label is included with the order. Customers are required to use the same packaging to return items.
  2. For Purchase Orders: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.
  • Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.
