Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery is made within 3-5 business days for most locations in India.

Express Delivery:
- Available for select pin codes.
- Delivery within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping Charges

Rental Orders:
- Free shipping is offered for all rental orders above ₹500.
- A flat rate of ₹50 applies to rental orders below ₹500.

Purchase Orders:
- Free shipping is available for all purchase orders above ₹1,000.
- A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged for orders below ₹1,000.
Packaging
- All orders are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure the safety of the jewellery during transit.
- Items are delivered with a unique tracking code to monitor shipment status.
Return Shipping
- For Rental Jewellery: A prepaid return label is included with the order. Customers are required to use the same packaging to return items.
- For Purchase Orders: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Restrictions
- Currently, we deliver only within India.
- Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.
